As part of ANCO’s continuous efforts to strengthen its strategic relationships with clients and contribute to achieving their aspirations through integrated development solutions, we are proud to announce the award of two new development projects at Executive Terminal 5 of King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh. These projects fall under the improvement and development works led by the Executive Offices Company at the airport, aiming to create an exceptional travel experience.

These two projects mark another significant step in ANCO’s journey toward delivering high-quality, specialized projects:

The first project, valued at 4,964,183.64, SAR aims to convert the terminal from a domestic to an international facility according to the new design. It includes reallocation of spaces and comprehensive architectural works for ceilings, floors, walls, windows, and doors. In addition, the project covers electrical works, IT and audio systems, security and safety systems, HVAC, cooling, firefighting, plumbing, final finishes, and the supply of office furniture.

The second project, valued at 2,756,330.40, SAR involves the construction of a new extension to the terminal as an outdoor lounge area to enhance the interior space. It includes the installation of a steel structure covered with glass, along with architectural, mechanical, electrical, and HVAC works—meeting the highest standards of design and comfort to serve travelers.
