At ANCO, we are proud to announce the award of the Project Management Office Renovation Project at the Second Airports Cluster Company building in Riyadh, with a total contract value of SAR 5,740,150.68.

This project marks another significant step in ANCO’s journey of delivering high-quality projects. The scope of work includes the refurbishment of the ground floor and basement level in accordance with the new design, space reallocation, and execution of all architectural works including ceilings, flooring, walls, windows, and doors. It also encompasses electrical works, IT infrastructure, audiovisual systems, security and safety systems, HVAC (heating, ventilation, and air conditioning), fire protection, plumbing, finishing works, and the supply of office furniture.

This project reflects ANCO’s ongoing commitment to providing integrated renovation and fit-out solutions that elevate performance and design standards, while meeting the expectations of our partners across various sectors.
